Conditions

To engage with Holistic Touch, you understand and agree to all of the following:

 

Physical Conditions

1. No sexual activity is permitted. This is not an erotic service.

2. Both parties will remain clothed for the entire session.

3. No touching in areas covered by undergarments is permitted.

4. No kissing is allowed.

5. Adequate hygiene is required, specifically:

   • showering and teeth brushed within 12 hours of the appointment

   • clean clothes

   • minimal or no perfume/scent.

 

Costs and Payments

1. For live (in-person) services:a payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a session, being the full amount if the full cost is under $50, or a deposit of $50 if the full cost is over $50.

   • The remaining amount is due at the start of your session, payable in cash (preferred), or with a credit card which incurs an extra 2% fee.

2. For mobile live (in person) services, a travel fee of $2 per kilometre applies from my nearest location. A quote will be sent to you when you make your booking if requested.  Travel fees are waived (within reason) on the first meeting if it is in a public place. Parking fees may also apply if unavoidable. These are to be paid, along with the remainder of the service cost, in person at the start of the session.

3. For mobile live (in person) services at a cinema, restaurant, or day trip, the client is to cover reasonable costs incurred by their therapist, e.g. movie ticket, lunch, and/or outing expenses for longer travel. 

4. For online services: full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations, Refunds

1. Cancellations more than 24 hours before appointment can be rescheduled or receive a full refund on the deposit.

2. Cancellations <8 hours before appointment will be rescheduled if possible within 2 weeks, with a $20 administrative fee deducted from the deposit paid.

3. Late Arrivals:if you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid overlapping with the next appointment. Full payment is still required. I have the right to cancel the appointment if the client is more than 30 minutes late, which will incur a full payment of the session.

4. A “no show” without contact will forfeit their deposit, and may be charged in full for their missed appointment, unless an emergency has occurred.

 

Privacy

1. No guests are permitted to attend without prior consent. Please advise me if you have a support worker in your Enquiry Form.

2. No specific information regarding the client will ever be shared with another party unless the client gives written consent.

 

Behaviour

Any breach of the therapist’s boundaries, after one warning, will result in the immediate cessation of the session with full payment being retained by the therapist.
