Services
*Please note*
Even though I am a diploma-qualified counsellor, and I will be employing counselling skills such as active listening and protecting boundaries, Holistic Touch services DO NOT include counselling per se.
Touch or somatic therapy is a great addition to psychotherapy. Please ask if you are looking for a therapist, I might be able to recommend someone.
By the way, while Holistic Touch services might feel intimate and cosy, they are Not sexual or erotic. Requests for sexual services will not be appreciated. Please seek such services elsewhere.

Affectionate companionship and support
Sessions can vary from meeting in a cafe and holding hands, walking arm in arm in a park, visiting your location, snuggling at my location, or going on a day trip. There are some limits on your first session, please click here for more information.
"Cuddle with Kaz"

If you just want someone to talk to, someone caring to listen to you, you can book a phone call to have a chat with me. Sometimes we just want to share how our day has been, so we feel our lives are witnessed by somebody else. Sometimes we just want to "bounce something" off a neutral person, although I will not tell you what to do. Sometimes we just want to feel heard, like we matter. You DO matter. You can talk to me. Bookings are 30 or 60 minutes.

Bodywork
Massage (relaxing and remedial)
(Currently Toowoomba only)
I have close to 20 years' experience in massage therapies, having worked at 4 and 5 star hotels and day spas in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, as well as in my home-based business. I have studied different styles of bodywork, and plan to create my own online course in delivering top-shelf service as a therapist.
My 'style' is a combination of relaxing and gentle remedial massage, with a little nervous-system calming, and energy medicine thrown in.

ASMR ("autonomous sensory meridian response")
(Currently Toowoomba only)
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a sensory and emotional phenomenon, characterized by the experience of a ‘tingling’, static-like sensation, which is generally called paresthesia. The tingling can be felt at the scalp, back of the neck, upper spine, or in further bodily areas. The sensation is in response to specific audio -, visual -, or tactile stimuli, which include whispering, soft-speaking, tapping, scratching, slow and expert hand movements and close personal attention. ASMR has gained a good deal of popularity amongst new generations and media culture over the last few years.
ASMR significantly affects several neurological and physiological systems. Not everyone will experience the tingling sensation, but most will experience
-
increased brain activity in the medial prefrontal cortex (linked to self-awareness and social cognition) and the nucleus accumbens (the brain's reward centre)
-
the release of "feel-good" chemicals like dopamine (reward), oxytocin (bonding/relaxation), and endorphins, and,
-
a reduced heart rate (parasympathetic activation) alongside increased skin sensitivity.
Many people watch ASMR videos online and feel its benefits. After receiving my first live session, I can say that I am intrigued and excited to offer this alternate soothing touch-and-sound modality in person.

NeuroAffective Touch
Developed by Dr Aline Pierre as a bridge between psychotherapy and bodywork, this modality is essentially about connecting to individual parts of your body and finding what they need. Our bodies store emotions and memories, which can lead to somatic, or unexplained, pain and illness. "Science" is catching up with this. I hope to offer this modality by about mid-2026.
