Cancellation Policy

Payment 1. For live (in-person) services: a payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a session, being the full amount if the full cost is under $50, or a deposit of $50 if the full cost is over $50. 1a. The remaining amount is due at the start of your session, payable in cash (preferred), or with a credit card which incurs an extra 2% fee. 2. For live (in person) services at a cinema, cafe, or day trip, the client is to cover reasonable costs incurred by their companion, e.g. coffee, movie ticket, outing expenses for longer travel. 3. For online services: full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations, Refunds 1. Cancellations more than 24 hours before appointment can be rescheduled or receive a full refund on the deposit. 2. Cancellations <8 hours before appointment will be rescheduled if possible within 2 weeks, with a $20 administrative fee deducted from the deposit paid. 3. Late Arrivals: if you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid overlapping with the next appointment. Full payment is still required. I have the right to cancel the appointment if the client is more than 30 minutes late, which will incur a full payment of the session. 4. A “no show” without contact will forfeit their deposit, and may be charged in full for their missed appointment, unless an emergency has occurred. Terms of engagement are subject to change.
